Much of my writing, research and photography deals with what I have come to call "new authenticies" and "real imaginary spaces" -- sites, experiences and even mind sets evoked by the past or another culture that through study, yearnings and even fantasies are transformed into something else that is quite different but often just as "real" as the original.
